Phyllis is a Certified Trainer with Simply Accounting, a Certifed Consultant for Simply Accounting, a member of International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified with the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (IPBC) and founder of BigHelp Business Solutions. She has also passed the curriculum of Management for Business with CIBC and Managing Conflict in the Workplace among other supervisory and personal development training.
