Case #1 — Savvy Business Owner Gets His Profits Back in His Pocket!!

Objective:

To learn why this savvy business owner was working harder and earning less and then to put those hard earned $s back in his pocket.

Strategy:

To investigate the business systems for effectiveness and efficiency by performing some checks on the banking, financial and organizational systems and expenses.

To identify the problems resulting from the lower net income (income after expenses) and then to replace and revise any systems that were inaccurate, redundant or in some other way not serving and supporting this experienced businessman well.

Process:

We worked with him and his staff to determine whether lower sales or higher expenses were the culprit for lack of $ in his pocket. We started with banking systems and how the organization of the office was functioning. In this case, a common indicator surfaced quite quickly. When this businessman asked his bookkeeper for his current financial position at any given time, she was unable to provide that detail. 

Further investigation showed a lack of organization in the filing systems related to finances. As this was being corrected further evidence surfaced showing missing supportive documents and many unpaid and sporatic bill payments.

Results:

Removal and conviction of the bookkeeper/secretary resulting in restitution of several thousand dollars being returned to this business owner.

Several times that amount as the result of having sufficient evidence of the fraudulent activity and a renewed strengthened foundation for profitability.

Case #2 — “Going Global opens New Doors of Opportunity”

Objective:

To take the limitations off and open doors for expansion through global awareness.

Strategy:

We started with a three-day coaching session including envisioning of their dream, expansion and recording of pieces of that dream and developing and structuring of overall plans for success as well as the progressive action plan and processes of implementation of that plan.

Process:

This process was taken to the coaching room where three highly charged, enthusiastic and encouraging days were spent. This couple was tired at the end of each day yet energized by the thoughts of the future expansion they had dreamed of.

Day 1: Captivating and sharing their dream with the coaching staff and recording the dream and unlimited possibilities.
